Background I've spent the last eight years leading a product strategy across a portfolio for GovTech procurement platforms that competed directly with SAP Ariba in the public sector — serving large state and local government agencies operating under strict regulatory and compliance requirements. The platform suite included eProcurement, contract lifecycle management, supplier marketplace, cooperative contract reconciliation, and bid management products serving 500,000+ users.

At Periscope Holdings, I owned the full strategy-to-launch cycle for three net-new products. A transaction-based cooperative contract reconciliation platform that enabled $18M in new customer revenue. A supplier portal rebuild that expanded subscriptions 17%. And a government-first enterprise contract-sharing marketplace built and launched in nine months. I also owned the SAP integration for our eProcurement product — a critical enterprise integration for agencies running procurement workflows inside SAP environments.

When Periscope was acquired by mdf Commerce and later rebranded as SOVRA, I was retained and expanded into a portfolio leadership role. I built and led a team of 30 — including Product Owners, UX/UI, Data Platform, Scrum Masters, and Tech Writers — and hired two Directors to established the company's first Tech PMO, onboarding 100+ globally distributed offshore contributors and creating the operating model that aligned delivery to executive priorities, AI strategy, and customer commitments. Across that period I governed roadmap and delivery across five platforms and 20+ products, led a $10M capital improvement program spanning 50+ initiatives, and maintained stability across $75M ARR while integrating AI capabilities into the product line.

Across all of it I was accountable for business outcomes: ARR retention, customer adoption, release velocity, and cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
